The vision I see is from the hawk’s perspective, a woman walking down the path with her head down, and in deep contemplation. All around her is the beauty of the land, green grass, trees, a flowing river but all around the woman’s head is a fog of judgments and worry. The hawk screams as he flies over the woman and she lifts her head and smiles, and this breaks the reverie and lifts the fog around her head. Finally she begins to notice the beauty of the land. The hawk lands in a tree and metamorphoses into Merlin the magical one.
Merlin Speaks:
Dearest ones, do these images resonate with you, are you one who walks through life in a fog of worry, doubt, confusion and sourcing to your stories of sadness? In these times we encourage you to remember the magic and wonder that beautiful Mother Earth can provide for you. Take some time to open your heart and be on the land, listen to the wind, walk on the land with an open heart. This will feed your body, mind and soul and open your heart to the universal language of hope and joy. The Mother Earth could not survive the millions of years if she was not adaptable to change and movement. To make the most of your life you are asked to embrace the changes that are being presented to you, and go forward, in life.
These may be big changes such as changing your job, moving to a new country, having a baby, or learning to grow older with grace and dignity. Being in human form is not for the faint of heart and it is a journey that you are encouraged to embrace, all aspects of the good, bad and the ugly, and notice how you choose to be as you embrace the challenges of being human.
Sourcing to the land:
The land is infused with life force and you require this life giving energy to survive in human form. To access this divine love, take time to listen to the whispering wind, notice the songs of the birds. Open your heart to the beauty of the rock formations, drink in the night sky full of stars and contemplate the sun as it dips below the sky line, at the end of each day. Every day you are presented with a banquet of beauty, to delight your senses and you are only asked to pause and notice what your beautiful Mother Earth wishes to share with you.
It is up to you what you choose to feed yourself, fear, anger or hate are a part of the world but you have the choice to source to these fears or allow your viewpoint to fly with the eagle, hawk and winged ones.
I offer you this prayer to begin your day calling for the support of the Great Eagle.
The eagle she flies over-the mountain top
And kisses the face of the sun

Flying with Eagle Energy:
The Eagle is a wonderful reminder for you that you can rise above the mundane of life and glide on the winds of change, allowing for fluidity to support your journey of life. This can be a conscious choice that you make each morning as the sun rises in the East and calling to the archetype of the Great Eagle to support your flight for the day. Taking a moment to set up the day for yourself and calling in the highest intention to support each moment you are walking on the great mother.
From the Eagle perspective you can see the bigger picture and not be caught up in micro-managing your life or the lives of your family. When you are born you are blessed with a heart flame, a divine spark that resides in your heart. The energy that supports this flame is love, joy, and beauty and you can receive this from your benevolent first mother, Mother Earth. I encourage you to allow for time to be in child like wonder. Go to nature with an open heart embracing the nature spirits that are there to delight you. The magic may be found in a drop of rain on a leaf or a tree in full bloom. This beauty and wonder will feed your divine spark, which supports your heart and your whole body.
Trust in the divine spark
Trust in the divine spark which lives in each human on earth as a heart flame. As you set a clear intention your divine spark will guide you on your journey through life. When you learn to trust in your heart flame you will begin to recognize the spark which lives within each human that is born to the Mother Earth. When you allow yourself to see this divine presence in each other you will begin to trust in the journey of life in a deeper and more fulling way. This was the way you walked upon the earth in times gone by. Living in harmony and reciprocity, you are once again moving toward a Golden Age. In times of Lemuria there was a knowing of the eternal flame in your hearts and it was recognised for what it was, your eternal spirit.
Crystals will support you:
Crystals will support you in remembering for they are the Akashic record keepers that hold the energy from Lemuria and Atlantean times. Crystals are alive and full of life force they can support you in your journey of remembering the strength and power of your spirit. I encourage you to use crystal grids to send energy to your planet, community, families and to support your well-being. The energy of the crystals can be far reaching when they are set up in an intentional way with the power of prayer infused in the energy grid. 
These grids can be created in your gardens; on you land under a significant tree, or in your home. I ask you to trust as you create these gifts of prayer that you will remember past lives when you created these grids for the well-being of your journey upon the earth. So draw upon your instinct and knowing to create these gifts of love, ask for your grids to be connected to the white lace lattice which surrounds the earth and intentionally call upon the highest light, highest love and highest truth to support your prayers and intentions.
Don’t forget to Play:
Most beautiful ones my final words are don’t forget to play upon the earth sing your songs, celebrate with joy, dance your dance, and be in enchantment on the land. The nature spirits will dance with you and you will feel the levity which is your birth right. Celebrate your human experience you journeyed a long way to be human and it is a privilege to walk upon this glorious Gia and inhabit a human body. I leave you with this snippet of a song.
