Therese Vision:
The vision I see is a tall Ponderosa Pine tree reaching up to the heavens and emerging from the tree Red Eagle appears and opens his hands to each of you, emitting from his hands is a sparkling light that he offers as a gift. He invites you to breathe in the light to your heart, throat, crown, wherever you need support this day.
He asks you now to walk with him along the forest path and feel the earth beneath your feet. You notice the wind in your hair as the wind activates the trees in the forest and you feel the cleansing breeze. Your gaze turns upward and you see an Eagle soaring high above on the air currents calling out to you below. Red Eagle calls to the beautiful raptor and reminds us to see our world from the higher vantage point, the eagle’s perspective.

You make a difference:
Welcome daughters and sons of the good red earth, it is with pleasure I greet all who choose to read these words. I come with gratitude that you trust in my words, and honor I your choice to come once again to the earth plane at this auspicious period of time and remind you that you make a difference.
Each of you has chosen a unique way to live your lives, and I ask you to trust that living your life with the highest light, love and truth creates an energy vibration that supports the whole.
You may be a school teacher supporting young children, or a grandmother who loves her grandchildren, a farmer who grows food for your community or a father working away from home, to support his family. Whatever your role, you are asked to honor yourself and trust that you make a difference by the everyday choices you make.
I understand that some of you are asking is this all there is to life, and you are looking for answers to why the world seems to continue to struggle with sadness, war, fear, and hatred. I also know it is difficult to understand that YOU can support the positive change in the world just by living your life in a seemingly ordinary way. Your journey to this planet was planned by your higher self and your journey here is unique, where you live, and the relationships you form, the choices you make each day contributes to the whole, simple choices of kindness, patience, these choices affect change.
The earth is proceeding with a fragile balance at this time and is affected by the choices and decisions that are being made each day by the humans who walk upon her belly. Your Mother Earth has immeasurable patience and provides for each of her children, the humans, four legged, the ones who swim in her rivers, the oceans, the winged ones, and reptilians. All are connected to the crystalline grid around the planet which is malleable and flowing. Your energy is also connected to this grid and each choice you make feeds the grid and makes it stronger, or weakens the grid and creates deterioration in the fabric of the grid.
Every day you have a choice in how you speak your words; your voice can be used to gossip and tear down each other or you can use your voice to inspire your fellow mankind. You can choose to use your eyes to find beauty in your world or see the ugly side of life. You can use your ears to hear the song birds or the internal voice of criticism, the choices you make create the reality you live and to your destiny, you are manifesting with each thought word and deed. My suggestion is that you envision a life full of love, kindness and peace, and begin today. Create that life with your intention and attention to the small details of life no matter how mundane they may appear.
Notice your internal dialogue, do you use language that uplifts your confidence and self-love, or are you critical of each decision and move you make.
Do you trust in the universe to provide you with enough abundance, to sustain your life or are you constantly micromanaging each step you and your family take. All of these small choices make a difference they are the seeds you are planting for the life you desire to live.
Look to the Mother Earth for guidance:
The Mother Earth has much to share with you, each morning is a new beginning and as you greet the day I ask you to notice that she is constantly giving you signs that can teach you her ways and remind you to live in reciprocity with her. She is your first Mother, your cosmic Mother and she has much to offer you. The Earth is constantly renewing herself and finding ways to re-set.
I invite you to sit by a river or ocean and notice the constant flow of water, the water is fluid and always moving. The water can teach you to re-set your energy, to release your worries, past stories of hurt and anger, to move out the old in order to embrace the new. If a river stops moving the water would be stagnant and would not sustain life. It is the same for you if you are stuck in a position or holding on to the past it is difficult to embrace new opportunities and find the sweet nectar of life.
We are here for you my dearest children of the earth; we sing to you through the morning song birds, we kiss you with the summer breeze we shine down on you with the sunshine. You are connected to us in so many ways and I encourage you to not be afraid or feel alone, we are as near as your next breathe. Your joy is our joy; your tears are our sadness we love, trust and honor you as you take each breathe in.
Remember why you came:
This is the time to embrace balance and continue to be in reciprocity with your Mother Earth. Taking time to be upon your sweet Mother will help you with balance and will provide the opportunity to remember your essential relationship with the Mother Earth. You came to this planet for a reason, you are made of star dust and as spirits having a human experience you had a choice to be on many other planets in the cosmos. But you choose this time, your body, and your life story this is the time to wake up remember who you are and embrace the life you choose.
When I walked upon the earth I was a red skinned man and I come to you today as the persona of that life time. This is intentional as I had the privilege to walk on the Mother Earth at a time when my people understood the importance of honoring the land, and as we did this we opened our hearts to remembering the grand purpose of our journey here. I embodied these earthly experiences and today I come forth to speak to the power and strength of living in harmony on the land. The experience I and my people had on earth is not proprietorial it can be experienced by all who choose to say yes.
So I invite you to walk by a river, swim in a lake, sit under the pine tree and notice what the Mother Earth will show you as you sit in quiet contemplation. She will always have signs and signals for you to notice it is your responsibility to pay attention and show up in your life. You share this great Mother with so many and they too can provide you with inspiration and lessons. Look for the hawk he will remind you to see the bigger picture, pay attention to the garter snake who may be reminding you to shed the past. You are connected to it all, you are one.

Pine Tree Wisdom:
The pine tree whispers in the wind, when you stand beneath the pine you can hear the soft murmur of the tree. Grandmother Pine asks you to trust in your journey of life and know that you make a difference to the whole, what you provide for you family, community and the world is enough you are enough.
Red Eagle invites you to stand under the pine tree and take a moment to connect your back to the trunk of this tall magnificent tree, ground your feet deep into the Mother Earth. Raise your eyes up to the branches of the Pine and breathe deeply the tangy smells, and beauty that is there for you to behold.
