I see a vision of tall prairie grass swaying in the wind. I feel the breeze on my face, cleansing and clearing my muddled mind. I walk and breathe in, the blue sky, grass, and the sweet nectar of Mother Earth. I notice a huge white buffalo standing upon the landscape, I walk toward the buffalo and stand in aw, as I gaze upon this magnificent animal, I notice a radiance emanating from the buffalo and she and transforms into a brilliant white light and shapeshifts into a woman. There on the prairie landscape is White Buffalo Calf Woman.
White Buffalo Calf Woman Speaks:
Welcome children of the earth, it is with hope and love I come forth to each of you this day. Your Mother Earth needs you sweet ones; she needs your love, your courage, your strength and hope. She is your first Mother, cosmic Mother she has always provided for you the food you eat, the clothes you wear and the homes you live in. This is true whether you live in the Amazon jungle or the concert jungles of the biggest cities, Mother Earth is your home, your benefactor.
You chose to come to this planet as a spirit, and brought with you your capacity for infinite love, strength and magnificence and in turn you have been cradled with unconditional love and beauty from your Earth Mother.
There are many planets within the cosmos that you could have chosen to incarnate unto but you chose this planet, this now time to be upon the planet. I ask you to celebrate the cosmic journey you made when you decided to be born upon this earth and give thanks to the Mother who supports you while rest and live upon her belly.
You have more knowing than you allow coming to your consciousness dearest ones; I invite you to allow yourselves to remember why you choose to come here. The key to unlock this knowing can be found in the beauty and serenity of Mother Earth. The wisdom you seek is held in the mountains, rivers, lakes and open prairie landscapes. To access this wisdom you are encouraged to take some quality time to walk, sit, hike, swim, be upon the earth and she will always provide you with solace, love and rejuvenation.
The Strength of the Buffalo: 
I offer you the vision of the buffalo, the buffalo is a archetype of strength, abundance, and the power of prayer. In earlier times upon the earth first men and woman hunted the buffalo for meat, hides, and bones they gave thanks to the creator for the abundance given to them from the buffalo. Thus this magnificent animal became a symbol of abundance and the power of prayer. Without the buffalo the first people could not have survived the cold winters.
They understood the balance that was imperative to their well-being. Once again you are being asked to find the balance in your lives and to give thanks for the abundance you have in your lives to be grateful to the sweet Mother Earth for your well-being and to trust in your walk upon the Earth.
Gratitude will heal you:
The power of gratitude will heal you and strengthen your spirit it always brings you into present time and allows for the grace of the divine to flow through you. Taking time to give thanks in ceremony strengthens your relationship with your Spirit Helpers and sets a clear intention that you are available for change and transformation.
I suggest that you notice the cycles of the Grandmother Moon to support you and to use these times of the New Moon and the Full Moon to offer your gratitude and to show your open heart to the Creator.
Release for the Full Moon:
Full Moon ceremonies are performed all over the world, so when you join in ceremony you are supported by many like-minded beings and this will give strength to your ceremony. For the Full Moon ceremony I suggest you release the burdens of the past month any old hurts, frustration and fear. Fire is a wonderful transformer of energy so light a candle, have a fire outside call upon the fire to support the releasing of your old fears. Stare into the fire and breath in the light and heat of the fire to your heart, belly, throat, third eye and crown. As you do this powerful ceremony trust that you are being supported by the ancient ones they will guide you in this ceremony of change.
Plant Seeds for the New Moon:
New moon is a wonderful time to plant the seeds of intention you desire to bring to fruition for the coming month. I suggest you allow yourself to go into stillness and notice what is sitting in your heart that you want to manifest into this reality. A ceremony you may do for New moon would be to create an alter which includes the four elements, a candle for fire, a small bowl of water, a feather for the air and a stone for the connection to the earth. Write your intentions on a piece of paper, and set this on the alter, before you go to bed at night feed this alter with your love and prayers and of course gratitude for what you have received in your life journey.
Ceremony is your Invitation:
Ceremony is your invitation for Spirit to guide and support you while you walk upon the earth, it is a powerful way to get out of your logical mind and allow the heart to expand and permit love to flow through your body. I encourage you to have fun with these ceremonies’ do not worry about getting it right. Go with your heart and instincts they will always guide you and show you the way. For each of you are in a place of remembering and in this place your instincts and intuition will grow and flourish.
